You got a little taste of my thoughts on the game with our recent comic, but here’s a full review for you to look through.

I interrupted you during your writing and uploading of this!
“Seriously,Why do you keep talking to the back of my head?” Should have come up in the review at one point or another for comedic value…
OH! This game actually released in the US already? I thought it was still only in Japan so far. 😛
I’d tap that!
Sorry, I had to when I read the title in my RSS feed 🙂
Tap Runner looked like a pretty fun minigame, bland characters aside. It’s too bad that the majority of the other minigames aren’t too good. Anyway, Nice Review Ray!
I find it funny that you mentioned that the characters felt like placeholders that ended up getting left in when that’s exactly what happened with Kirby…who you just did a comic on the week before your “Let’s Tap” comic.
I always thought this game seemed interesting and Sega does deserve props for not considering this is deserving of the full price tag but to counter those points, it’s disappointing to see Yugi Naka not able to even match, let alone surpass, the sheer number of minigames available in Rhythm Heaven.
I can’t find a single surface on which I am comfortable tapping for this game. It picks up tapping so erratically, I could hardly make it past the first level in Tap Runner. My blood pressure rose thanks to this game.
